# 7. Mind Universe Governance Stack

**Mind Universe** is the broader governance architecture surrounding the LPP constitutional protocol.

The canonical distinction is:

> **LPP = Constitutional Protocol**

> **Mind Universe = Full AI Governance Architecture**

LPP answers a deliberately narrow question:

> **Is this AI-triggered action constitutionally admissible?**

Mind Universe addresses the broader path through which information becomes semantics, semantics become tasks, tasks become Action Candidates, and admitted actions eventually become execution and evidence.

The canonical relationship is:

```
Source
→ Semantics
→ Task
→ Action Candidate
→ Admissibility
→ Execution
→ Evidence
```

Within the current reference architecture:

```
SourceMind
        ↓
FaithLocked
        ↓
Jarvis / TaskChain
        ↓
ActuMind
        ↓
Action Candidate
        ↓
Canonical Intent Commitment
        ↓
Semantic Verification / SVNN Evidence
        ↓
LPP Admission Kernel
        ↓
Execution Permit
        ↓
Execution
        ↓
Admission Artifact
```

The architecture is intentionally modular.

Each subsystem governs a different problem.

No component becomes more authoritative merely because it is earlier or later in the pipeline.

The central separation is:

```
SourceMind
governs source.
FaithLocked
governs semantic integrity.
Jarvis
governs tasks.
ActuMind
governs action consequence and readiness.
SVNN
provides verification evidence.
LPP Admission Kernel
determines constitutional admissibility.
Execution Plane
executes under a valid Permit.
```

This chapter defines those Mind Universe responsibilities and their boundaries.
