# 6.11 SVNN — Semantic Verification Node Network

**SVNN** stands for:

> **Semantic Verification Node Network**

In the current canonical architecture, SVNN is a distributed verification substrate capable of producing independent governance and semantic-intent evidence.

Its role is supportive.

It is not sovereign.

#### What SVNN May Verify

SVNN may support evidence relating to:

* intent consistency,
* trajectory consistency,
* governance-evidence validation,
* independent validator agreement,
* Authority Object supporting evidence,
* cross-system recognition,
* and risk-indexed verification quorum.

#### Verification Substrate

SVNN becomes relevant when one verifier or one trust domain is insufficient for the applicable consequence profile.

A conceptual path is:

```
Canonical Intent Commitment
        ↓
Independent Verification Nodes
        ↓
Verification Evidence
        ↓
Quorum Evaluation
        ↓
SVNN Evidence
        ↓
LPP Admission Kernel
```

#### Distributed Does Not Mean Automatically Legitimate

The existence of multiple nodes does not create constitutional legitimacy.

```
Many validators agree
⇏
Authority exists
```

Consensus can support a claim.

It cannot manufacture the upstream authority on which the claim depends.

#### SVNN and Paper 5

Earlier LPP materials treated SVNN primarily as a forward reference or broader semantic-consensus mechanism.

Trajectory-level research refined the role toward:

* semantic verification,
* risk-dependent quorum,
* heterogeneous trust domains,
* weighted support,
* and explicit verification boundaries.

GitBook v2.0 adopts this narrower canonical role.

Historical definitions do not override it.
