# 5.8 LPP T0–T4 Consequence & Irreversibility Classes

(Non-Protocol Implementations)

The canonical LPP consequence classification is:

> **LPP General Consequence & Irreversibility Classes**

The classes are:

#### T0 — No Material External Effect

The action produces no material external consequence.

Examples may include:

* analysis,
* explanation,
* non-binding draft generation,
* simulation,
* or other purely descriptive output.

A T0 output may still require content or semantic governance.

It does not ordinarily require the same admission strength as consequential actuation unless it becomes part of an Action Candidate.

#### T1 — Fully Reversible

The action produces an external or system effect that is fully reversible under ordinary conditions.

Examples may include low-consequence internal operations whose state can be reliably restored.

#### T2 — High Recovery Cost / Partially Reversible

The action can technically be reversed, but recovery may be costly, incomplete, operationally disruptive, or materially consequential.

T2 marks the transition into substantially stronger governance requirements.

#### T3 — Legally or Operationally Irreversible

The action creates consequence that cannot be meaningfully reversed through ordinary restoration.

This may include actions affecting:

* legal state,
* regulated workflow,
* binding institutional commitments,
* production infrastructure,
* financial state,
* or other consequential domains.

#### T4 — Sovereign / Asset-Critical / Systemic-Risk

The action creates the highest class of constitutional consequence.

Examples may involve:

* sovereign authority,
* critical assets,
* systemic infrastructure,
* major irreversible asset movement,
* or other systemic-risk action.

#### Canonical Ownership

T0–T4 belong to **LPP**.

They are not ActuMind operational risk classes.

```
LPP
T0–T4
ActuMind
AM-R0–AM-R3
```

Therefore:

```
AM-R
≠
LPP T-class
```

#### Historical Research Note

The original Admission Kernel formal operational semantics used a four-tier `T0–T3` risk model during the earlier research stage.

Later Authority Object research expanded and normalized the cross-domain LPP model into the canonical:

```
T0–T4
```

classification now used by GitBook v2.0 and the official website.

The earlier T0–T3 research model should therefore be read as part of the development path, not as the current canonical class ownership.

#### Higher Class, Stronger Requirements

Higher consequence classes may require stronger combinations of:

* authority,
* signatures,
* review,
* evidence,
* quorum,
* jurisdictional recognition,
* revocation assurance,
* or other admission predicates.

The exact thresholds are profile- and domain-dependent.

The T-class itself does not dictate one universal implementation.
