# 11.11 Independent External Validation

Independent external validation has not yet been completed.

This remains the official status after Public Proof v2.0.

The new release improves external inspectability, but does not silently change the evidence state to Independently Reproduced.

### What Is Possible Now

An external reader can currently:

* inspect public schemas,
* inspect reason-code mappings,
* inspect captured scenario outputs,
* verify signed evidence,
* inspect public manifests,
* and rerun the public evidence verifier.

This enables:

> **independent rechecking of the disclosed evidence package**

It does not yet establish:

> **independent reproduction of the private implementation**

***

### Stronger External Validation Would Require

A stronger reproduction should involve an external party controlling the relevant evaluation environment and independently reporting:

* exact artifact / implementation version,
* source or package identity,
* test environment,
* expected properties,
* observed results,
* deviations,
* reproducibility procedure,
* and limitations.

Possible future validation modes include:

#### Independent Runtime Reproduction

An authorized external research team receives sufficient runnable material to rerun defined MVP tests independently.

#### Independent Implementation

A separate team builds an implementation from the public specification and evaluates whether it satisfies defined conformance properties.

#### Independent Adversarial Evaluation

An external security team attempts to violate:

* Permit requirements,
* scope boundaries,
* replay protection,
* revocation,
* intent binding,
* authority-state constraints,
* or the governed execution boundary.

These would represent materially stronger evidence than originating-team validation.
